Anonymous audience measurement

In order to improve our site and our search engine, we compile traffic statistics. This processing is designed to be anonymous:

  • it places no cookie or identifier on your device;
  • your IP address is truncated (anonymised) before any recording and is never kept in clear text;
  • the statistics are not linked to your customer account, even when you are logged in;
  • the data is neither sold nor passed to third parties for advertising purposes.

This arrangement falls under the consent exemption provided by the CNIL for anonymous audience measurement. Geolocation of visits (country / region) relies on a local database (MaxMind GeoLite2); no location data is transmitted to a third-party service in this process.

Data recipients

  • Authorised internal staff.
  • Technical subprocessors: hosting provider IONOS SARL (Sarreguemines, France), IT service providers.
  • Logistics providers (carriers, delivery services).
  • Accounting / financial providers (chartered accountant, bank).
  • Contractual partners involved in fulfilling an order.

Retention period

  • Management data: for the duration of the contract, then 5 years.
  • Accounting documents: 10 years.
  • Disputes: until final settlement of the dispute, then in accordance with legal time limits.
  • Traffic statistics: kept in anonymous form, with no time limit (non-personal data).

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@emiliaparts.fr.
